Thank you so much for your interest in the Black Student Union Alumni and Student Social. Unfortunately, online registration is now closed. We will accept on-site registrations on the day of the event. If you have any questions, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 718-390-3224 or alumni@wagner.edu.

The Wagner College Black Student Union invites students and alumni to their 2019 social.
Proceeds from the event will support student members of BSU to attend the annual Black Solidarity Conference at Yale University in Connecticut. The organization has luckily already secured 8 tickets for this year’s conference in February. The funds that they raise would help sponsor student’s attendance next year and thereafter. Attendance to this conference is important as we navigate our identities as leaders, academics, and young professionals.

Date: Saturday, April 27, 2019
Time: 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Location: Reynolds House Library (1st floor), Wagner College

What is the bLACK sOLIDARITY CONFERENCE?

The Black Solidarity Conference at Yale is a completely student-run annual conference held in February.  BSC is the largest undergraduate conference held at Yale University and it continues to grow each year! BSC invites over 700 undergraduates of various races, religions, ethnicities, and communities to discuss issues pertaining to the African Diaspora. Through discussions, panels, networking, and social gatherings, students from across the country analyze issues affecting the Black/Afro-Diasporic community and explore solutions that can be implemented on their own college campuses.
