German Concentration
Camp Factual Survey
The 1945 film edited by Alfred Hitchcock brought to light harrowing, raw footage of Nazi concentration camps. Suppressed by the British government, it was only released 70 years after its production.
Share the experiences of Allied soldiers who liberated the concentration camps. These shocking, uncensored and disturbing images were intended to refute potential denials of the brutality of the Nazis. At times hard to watch, they remain a call to action, remembrance and eternal vigilance.
Followed by discussion with producer Sidney Berstein's children, award-winning filmmaker Jane Wells
and lawyer David Bernstein
