Wagner Weekend 2026

Join us October 16–17, 2026, for Wagner Weekend  - a celebration of Wagner's history and future. It's a space for the entire Seahawk community, from current students and their families to alumni and friends, to reconnect with campus and with each other. 

Friday, October 16 begins with a Milestone Class Welcome Toast and Cocktail Party, offering alumni a chance to eat, drink, dance and mingle before the evening’s festivities. The Wagner Homecoming Kickoff Concert on the Oval officially opens the Homecoming festivities with food, music, and fun! The entertainment lineup features music from Wagner’s own radio station, WCBG, opening act YKNiece, followed by an exciting headliner to be announced soon! ALL ARE WELCOME! Admission is free for students.

Saturday, October 17 offers a full day of Homecoming activities across campus with opportunities for alumni, students, families, and friends to gather and explore campus. The morning begins with Breakfast with the President and the Athletics Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Academic departments including the Theatre Department, the Nicolais School of Business, and the Nursing and Physician Assistant programs will host open houses. Additional campus attractions include the bookstore, Horrmann Library, Holocaust Center, Kairos House, and Planetarium presentations throughout the afternoon. Celebrate community tailgate style at the Wagner Weekend Festival on the Oval featuring a Chartwells BBQ, local food & drink trucks, ice cream, music, games, and designated milestone/decade gathering areas. Students enjoy free admission. The weekend will conclude with the Homecoming football game as the Wagner Seahawks take on the LIU Sharks at Hameline Field.

Calling all Milestone Classes: If your class year ends in a 1 or a 6, this celebration is for YOU! Come home to celebrate the years, the memories, and the friendships that never fade. Whether you're marking your 5th or your 50th (or something in between), every Seahawk is welcome to join the fun! Reconnect with old friends, swap stories, and celebrate being part of the Seahawks family - together again under one roof. Expect live music to keep you on your feet, and cocktails to toast old times. Finger foods and hors d'oeuvres will be served. All classes. All welcome. One unforgettable night. Registration Required.

Featuring a Wagner College DJ spinning the beats to get us started, electric performances by opener YKNiece, and an exciting headliner to be announced soon! Theatre Department Open House- Main Hall. Join your fellow alumni, along with faculty and current students from the department, for an opportunity to reconnect over coffee. Then, pop in on Props Class with Vicki Neal, a rehearsal for Light at the Piazza with Theresa McCarthy and Lauri Young , or both! Registration Required. Nicolais School of Business Open House- Extended Campus. Be sure to visit the new home of the Nicolais School of Business at our extended campus (formerly St. John’s). Tour our bright new classrooms and our new Bloomberg Professional terminals. Registration Required. Nursing School Open House- Campus Hall. Take a tour of our SIMS lab, and partake in a Q&A session with faculty from our Spiro School of Nursing. Registration Required. Physicians Assistant School Open House- Campus Hall. Take part in a lab tour and activity led by faculty from our Physicians Assistant program. Registration Required.
